Congratulations to The OSAIC Foundation’s 2026 Local Community Grant recipient, The Ryan Foundation, which recently received a $1,000 grant awarded in recognition of the volunteer efforts of Client Relationship Manager Zach Szczybor and his family.

Founded 27 years ago by Zach’s parents, Kelli and Andy Szczybor, in memory of their son Ryan, who passed away from acute myeloid leukemia at 15 months old, The Ryan Foundation supports families affected by childhood cancer through awareness, assistance, and research funding.

OSAIC Foundation’s grant program helps support charities where its advisors and staff volunteer their time. This was one of 280 grants totaling more than half a million dollars made to charities in 41 states. Congratulations, Zach, Kelli and Andy!

To commemorate Memorial Day, Sori Meredith, Client Service Manager, joined by her husband, Joel, and son, Eagle Scout Collin in serving as station captains during the “We Remember” event hosted by the National Pike District of Scouting America on Friday, May 22.

During the event, Scouts from Howard and Baltimore Counties placed a flag at each of the 45,000 gravesites at Baltimore National Cemetery, honoring the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

What a meaningful way to pay tribute to the memory of our fallen service members and reflect on the true spirit of Memorial Day.
