We want to make you aware of a recent update involving QuickBooks and Square integration. Due to a system update, an “auto-add” setting may have been turned on without notice. This has caused some users to experience duplicate sales entries and fees being recorded in their accounts.

You may notice new or unexpected transactions appearing in your Undeposited Funds or bank account register dated after 4/15/2024. If you’re seeing anything unusual, we recommend reaching out directly to QuickBooks Customer Support for assistance at 1 (800) 446-8848. They are aware of the issue and are currently working on a fix, though no official timeline has been provided yet. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions or need help reviewing your account.
