There are just over two weeks left until the April 15 deadline to file your taxes. If you haven't filed yet, we hope to see you soon.

If you have dropped off your return, your return will not be filed until you come in to sign and pay

Returns dropped off after Saturday April 12 are not guaranteed to be completed by April 15, but we can file an extension for you.

We are officially opening our offices Monday, Jan 13 for the season 10-5 Mon-Fri and 10-3 Saturday. Starting Jan 20, we will be open 9-6 Mon-Fri and 9-3 Saturdays.

The IRS has not released the E-file acceptance date yet. If you have all of your tax documents, we can prepare your return. As soon as the IRS starts accepting returns, we'll submit your return. That usually happens the last week of Jan.

We are pleased to announce that we are expanding our services to now include bookkeeping and payroll services. Checkout Dan's Bookkeeping for more information. Dan, my son-in-law has been valuable to Lovelace Tax for several years and has decided to expand services to our clients.

If you have an existing LLC or Coropration you are required to file a BOI report. If it existed before 2024 you have until Dec 31 to complete it, if it was created in 2024 you have 90 days to complete it.

We will be out of town October 3rd-13th. If you filed an extension and still need to file your taxes that are due Oct 15th, call us to make an appointment before then so we can get you filed on time.

Outside of tax season, there is a non-refundable $50 appointment scheduling fee. If you proceed with our services, you will receive a $50 credit.

However, if you do not show up for the appointment, it will be forfeited and new scheduling fee will be due to schedule future appointments.
