This one is truly a story to tell!

If anyone remembers our clients who experienced the catastrophe of being told they could not close on their home purchase literally ONE day before closing… after their entire home was already packed on a truck headed from Florida to Illinois. 😩

Through this setback, they stayed consistent and never wavered on what they wanted because this wasn’t just another house… this is their forever home.

Well, ONE year later… we finally secured a deal in their preferred city while making sure every base was covered and our buyers were protected throughout the process. 💪🏾🙌🏾😇
