Wells, Schluter, Hanson & Co We are a Professional group of tax advisors providing accounting, tax, and payroll services to individuals and small to medium size businesses!

Wells, Schluter, Hanson & Co., Inc. was founded in January of 2000 with the merger of Wells & Company and Schluter, Hanson & Company. Prior to this merger, Schluter, Hanson had been in business for well over 40 years and practiced in the Bloomington, MN area. Wells and Company was started in the early 80's by Jerry Wells, who now is the senior partner of the firm. Since the merger, we have moved twice and are currently located at 7300 France Ave S Suite 215 in Edina, Minnesota.
