Anthony Tran recently joined the Due Diligence team in Boulay's Transaction Advisory department as an Associate. He brings more than two years of accounting experience, including audit engagements, federal single audits and compliance work for state and local government entities. He earned both a Master of Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Winona State University.

Outside of work, Anthony enjoys fishing and getting outside anytime it is a nice day. We are excited to welcome Anthony to the team!

Last week, we hosted 24 accounting and finance students from 14 colleges and universities at our Eden Prairie headquarters for the Boulay Beginnings summer program.

Over the course of two days, students had the opportunity to network with our professionals, learn more about our various services, develop professional skills, and work through departmental case studies.

Through this immersive experience, they gained a deeper understanding of public accounting and financial services, explored their interests as they consider future career paths, and saw what it’s like to work at a mid-sized firm.

We thank all of the students and Boulay team members who made the program a success! Applications for next year’s program will open this fall.

Ethan Poser recently joined the Valuation team in Boulay's Transaction Advisory department as an Associate. He graduated from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management with degrees in Accounting and Finance. Ethan previously interned with Boulay during the spring of 2026 as a Valuation Intern.

Outside of work, Ethan enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching and playing basketball and traveling. We're excited to welcome him back to the team!
