Most taxpayers want to know their tax bracket. This is not an accurate question. You need to know your EFFECTIVE TAX RATE. This is your personal tax rate. When taxes are calculated you maybe taxed in MANY brackets.

Here is an example. Effective Tax Rate is 17.59%
