The Ledger Leaf Podcast is officially coming.

This has been living quietly in my heart for a while now. It grew from real conversations with incredible clients and business friends who are building something meaningful on their own terms. People who deserved better information, better support, and someone in their corner who genuinely cared.

All of it rooted in the belief that slow and steady wins the race and that kindness is never the liability they told us it was.

🤍 Meg, you saw something in me before I ever could, and reminded me that my voice was worth hearing. Thank you for being here every step of the way.

For the ones who move with intention. The quiet builders. The gentle strategists. Not interested in a sprint to six figures… but in building a business, and a confidence, designed to last.

Last night's Women's Empowerment in Business Networking Meetup on "Living Solo Fearlessly" with lead, made us really think about how we live each day within ourselves. It brought out a wide variety of discussion, vulnerabilities, questions, even a few tears. But that's the magic of what makes WEB different.

Topics often weave in the directions they were meant to take. And by sharing this space together, I always notice an increase in post-meeting conversations and connections. It's almost as if, the topics give members a second reason to reach out to someone later. Is our format for everyone? No - if you're looking purely for transactional relationships, I'd definitely recommend another networking group.

But if you're looking for real growth and genuine people, we welcome you here! ~Kristin

Today is International Women’s Day.

A day to celebrate the women who lead, build, and keep going even when the path isn’t easy.

To honor Women’s History Month, we are hosting an evening of honest conversation and meaningful networking with women founders who have built businesses, led teams, and grown through seasons most people never see.

This incredible group!!! Thank you all for showing up last night, and proving community is already all around us. ❤️

Incredible still doesn't seem to accurately reflect this group and what it's become. Incredible because if the constant flow of both new and returning members. Incredible because of the uniqueness of topics we discuss, and how they weave where WE need them to go. Incredible because of the amount of strength, forward-thinking, genuine, and helpful mindsets that encompass the business owners that come here.

And now that we're in our 4th year, I am SO excited at the continued potential and growth we have. More members are volunteering their ideas of how to help me expand beyond supporting not only each other, but social meetups and community outreach (stay tuned!)

Thank you to our topic lead, Brenna Ramsdell of bookkeeping for guiding us through our topic of "Community Over Competition". What a great discussion! We have so many more ways that we can support each other and our clients by working together, not against each other (or, ourselves). As small business owners, we need to stick together because technology and corporate America certainly isn't going to!
