We just went through what was arguably the most important election of our lifetime, possibly in the history of our country and the citizens of our country blew it. We just lost everything that our country stands for - freedom, democracy, our rights and so much more. If you don’t agree just watch how things unfold as we move forward.

We’re now entering into a facist, authoritarian period where racism and misogyny will thrive and one from which we might never recover. I’m truly sad that we’ve sunk so low and I fear for the future of our once great country.

In addition to my business activities, I'm extremely passionate about fitness and health so I wanted to share this with anyone interested in improving their health and level of fitness.

I don’t usually post anything that's not business related. But, I decided to write this very short book about HIT workouts that I thought was worthy of posting here.

I was inspired to write this book by all the people I run into that have no idea how to start a workout program much less any idea as to what exercises to include.

It’s a short book but if followed with some discipline, will result in amazing changes in someone’s fitness. It’s not ground-breaking and wasn’t meant to be. It’s short, simple and amazingly effective in producing great, life-changing results in a person's level of fitness.
