With the new year upon us, we are now just ONE DAY away from loans! We’re excited to announce that if you have already completed your intake form it has been submitted for review.

As a reminder, when filing Head of Household (HOH), you must upload proof of address. Acceptable documents include:
• Utility bill
• DFCS approval letter
• Lease agreement
• School enrollment documentation

If you’ve completed your intake but forgot to upload your proof of residency or any other required documents, please email [email protected] with your documents at your earliest convenience.
