Tax legislation is constantly changing especially in 2021. It is important that if you are unsure what situation you fall into that you contact a professional. Here are some new items that have passed within recent tax bills:

-If you did not receive any of the stimulus payments you may qualify to receive them on your 2020 tax return.
-If you received unemployment, a portion, if not all of the income may not be taxable.
-If you withdrew money from a 401k or IRA you may receive tax benefits on your 2020 tax return.
