In 1967 I majored in Public accounting at Michigan State University. After majoring in Public Accounting in 1967 I became an Army Officer in active duty until 1969 and was in the reserves until 1973. After my active duty in 1969 I was employed by John F. Forbes & Co., a large regional CPA firm in San Francisco, California as an auditor and tax preparer. nt at which point I started working for Muncy, McCune & Diekman & CO., another large CPA firm in the San Francisco, California as a tax preparer and auditor until 1974. At the beginning of 1974 I was recruited by Harris, Kerr & Forestor & Co., an international firm located in Honolulu, Hawaii. By the end of 1974 I became a Sole Proprietor Clint Thomas JR. CPA in Honolulu, Hawaii as a tax preparer, business advisor, & etc. With that experience under my belt I went to London, England in 1977 to work for Deloitte & Co, an international firm for tax preparation and auditing.
