Modern Systems
Fortitude Business Solutions employs cutting-edge digital technology to facilitate quick and efficient collection processes. We use a combination of Microsoft Windows Virtual Servers and a high-speed IP phone solution for maximum performance. Our office has multiple data connections, ensuring continued operation in the event of a service interruption. We also employ the latest in collection software solutions with the CollectOne software suite by CDS. CollectOne helps us to effectively manage our client accounts, provide collection reports to our clients, and allows us to create rules to ensure ongoing dynamic compliance to changing collection laws. Fortitude follows a paperless policy, and tries to operate using renewable digital resources, keeping physical documents only when required by law. Virtual Server & IP Phone System
Fortitude’s entire computer infrastructure runs on Virtual Servers located in an offsite, secure data facility. Employees access our system via thin clients. Fortitude incorporates various telephone solutions into the business process in order to maintain the best possible communication with our clients and consumers. We use a VoIP solution to help monitor and control our phone systems. We also employ the use of a configurable auto-dialer to help ensure compliance with varying state collection laws, as well as increase collection efficiency. Consumers are offered a host of payment options, including over-the-phone payments and online payment processing. Security and Data Integrity
Fortitude is partnered with ServerCorps in Mobile, AL to ensure the most stringent data security and recovery measures are met. All data and business applications are stored in a cloud-hosted network, located in the ServerCorps data center. ServerCorps is rated to withstand hurricanes and tornadoes, is equipped with automatic fire control contingencies, and is supplied power from a natural gas generator. These safeguards ensure no data is ever lost or compromised, under any circumstances. Redundancy & Backups
All data is stored securely in our remote server location. Our file and database information is routinely duplicated on our virtual servers, as well as on physical media in our Daphne office. This system of backup redundancy ensures that no information is ever lost. All of our information exists in multiple locations simultaneously, so if any hardware fails, no information is lost. Access Control
All Fortitude computer systems are protected from intruders through stringent security policy enforcement. Access to sensitive data is controlled by a system administrator. Our off-site data facility has a strict physical server access policy, and will prevent any unauthorized access to our private servers.
