Heads up! The One Big Beautiful Bill has brought so many changes for this tax filing season. Here’s an overview of one of those changes pertaining to clean energy vehicles:
The Act accelerates the end of several clean vehicle credits—
•New Clean Vehicle Credit (30D): Not allowed for any vehicle acquired after September 30, 2025
•Used Clean Vehicle Credit (25E): Not allowed for any vehicle acquired after September 30, 2025.
•Qualified Commercial Clean Vehicle Credit (45W): The credit will not be allowed for any vehicle acquired after September 30, 2025.

We strongly encourage tax filers to file with a qualified and reputable tax preparer this year to avoid costly penalties as a result of lack of knowledge on these changes. For more information about these changes and others visit irs.gov or contact Infinite Tax and Financial.
