✨ At Beaird Harris, we believe small habits create lasting impact. That’s why we start each day with our First 15 program—a firmwide practice where team members spend the first 15 minutes of the workday reading. It’s a simple rhythm with powerful results: sparking new ideas, sharpening our thinking, and fueling conversations that strengthen both our culture and our client service.

In May, our team explored three powerful books:

📖 The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz
"Be impeccable with your word."

📖 The Gap and the Gain by Dan Sullivan & Dr. Benjamin Hardy
"Measure your gains, not the gap between where you are and where you want to be."

📖 The Obstacle is the Way by Ryan Holiday
"The impediment to action advances action. What stands in the way becomes the way."

The goal is simple: begin each morning with intention—so we can show up as better leaders, colleagues, and advisors. 💡📚
