So it looks like the BOI reporting for the Federal Government is back on (again). This is ridiculous but if you have an LLC... fincen.GOV. If it isnt free you aren't in the right place. You have til Jan 13th apparently. This is not my favorite thing the feds have done, but....

NEW INFORMATION ALERT
BOI, the reporting of your officers and benefactors, has been suspended by a Federal Judge in Texas. BOI reporting has been SUSPENDED for at least one year, and will most likely be struck down completely. If you haven't put in your BOI, don't worry about it. If any other news breaks I will keep you informed.

Ok everyone, looks like this BOI bullsquat is gonna be legit. If you have an LLC, an Scorp or a C-Corp then you need to file it. finCEN.gov... its free its just a pain in the tukkus. If you need helop filing it I can do so but I will have to charge $100 to do it.
