𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲. 👏

Sometimes it looks like showing up, setting the tone, and living your values where others can see them.

I have been reminded of this through my son as he stepped into being one of the older kids at school this past year. He learned that younger kids are watching how he acts, how he treats people, and whether he includes others.

That is a good lesson for all of us.

It is also a good reminder when we think about legacy.
