It’s Tax Time , and I know I say this every year, and I’ll say it again !!!! I truly appreciate each and everyone of my clients , and I’m very blessed to have the amazing clientele that I do have but tax season becomes a little overwhelming and extremely busy throughout the day , I absolutely do not have time to respond to text messages , I do not have time to even check my phone , so if your texting for a update on your taxes or your texting to try to schedule appt , it may be hours possibly even days before getting a response , I ask that you PLEASE PLEASE call the office for any and all your tax needs (337)250-4237

** PLEASE READ **
This Wed June 3rd will be my last day in my office until tax season Jan 2021 my office is seasonal and if for any reason I need to go to my office to print copies , email copies or anything else tax related there will be a mandatory $25 fee , I try to take care as much as I can from Jan-April therefore anything outside of tax season I will have charge additional fees !!!! I have another business that I run and I also have a family to take care of , Our job is to Prepare and electronically submit your tax return , make sure that they were accepted by the federal and state , once that had been done our job is done , unfortunately we have No control as to when the IRS refunds your money, we don’t have a direct phone line for them , we don’t have direct access to stimulus checks or answers about the checks , I wish I had all the answers but unfortunately I don’t 🤷🏻‍♀️ so please keep your tax return copies that we give you , running to the office to print them 4xs isn’t very convenient for us and will also become very expensive for you bc again there will be a $25 fee for every time we have to go to the office ... I hope everyone has a very blessed and prosperous year and we look forward to seeing you Jan 2021. if you receive any type of letter from federal or state that you have questions about feel free to call me at 337-250-4237 there is not a charge for me answering questions .

Sorry in advance for the long post ....due to what is going on with COVID-19 we are no longer taking walk-in’s at the tax office ... as most of you know my parents aren’t in the best of health , my mom has health problems and my dad is battling cancer , also my youngest daughter is 37 weeks pregnant , I also have 4 grandchildren along with my other children , so I absolutely can’t take any chances of getting sick and passing it on to one of them ,not to mention I also have a auto immune disorder , my oldest daughter and 3 granddaughters has been self quarantine for the past week ❤️ good Job Des I’m very proud of you for being so discipline with that and bc I haven’t been and I’ve been out in public I missed out on my grand baby’s bday 😢 ( I will make it up to her) bc I didn’t wanna take a chance , this virus is pretty serious and shouldn’t be taken lightly, the numbers are rising guys !!
I will continue to do taxes but they will have to be dropped off in the mail slot at my office and Crystal Boullion and I will work on them and schedule individual appts to complete them !! I will also transfer office calls to my cell starting Monday 3/30 so feel free to call with any questions that you may have ... (337) 250-4237 sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but I must keep my family healthy and we also care about the health and well being of our clients as well.
