As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Tax Senior to join us in Summer 2025. This is a great opportunity for someone with 3–4 years of public accounting experience who’s ready to step into a more senior role, within a flexible, mostly remote setup that supports both career and personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates.
Review work prepared by associates, providing guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to support their development.
Perform other accounting duties as needed in engagements and as assigned by managers
Conduct detailed tax research and clearly communicate findings through written memos and direct client interactions.
Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
CPA Certified, EA Certified (or significant progress toward certification)
3+ years of public accounting experience focused on tax
Experience with tax preparation and research software (CCH Axcess, UltraTax, GoSystem, or similar)
Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
