PTE Update! 🚨 Minnesota business owners, we have some great news.

The Minnesota Legislature officially extended the Pass-Through Entity (PTE) tax through 2027.

Here’s what this means for your partnership, LLC, or S-Corp: You can continue paying Minnesota state tax at the entity level and take advantage of the federal business deduction.

🗓️ Key Deadline: Your first payment is due June 15. This payment will cover BOTH your first and second quarter payments combined.
