First and foremost….our softball parent club is a true gem. They have went above and beyond this season and I will forever be grateful for each one of you who stepped up and took care of the odds and ends of details for everything we needed throughout the season….for buying into my crazy ideas and giving these girls your all!

It’s hard to put into words just how grateful we are for the overwhelming support shown to our program. Greenbrier Softball is so much more than what happens on the field…it’s a community, a family, and a village that continues to pour into our girls in countless ways.

Front Office Administrator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys staying organized, and can manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and initiative. Our office offers a relaxed work atmosphere while maintaining a strong focus on deadlines and client service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a welcoming and professional experience
- Answer phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Process completed tax returns with confidentiality
- Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding services and updates
- Assist with light bookkeeping and payroll tasks
- Perform light janitorial duties to help maintain an orderly office environment

Qualifications:
- Strong client-facing & communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and work proactively without constant supervision
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Trustworthy with a high level of integrity
- Deadline-driven with the ability to follow instructions through to completion
- Willingness to ask questions when clarification is needed
- Basic experience with bookkeeping and payroll preferred

Work Environment:
- Relaxed and supportive office setting
- Team-oriented atmosphere with a focus on accountability and efficiency

We survived the 2025 tax season! A huge thank you to all of our clients for allowing us to serve you. We appreciate the opportunity and are thankful for the growth we experienced because of your word of mouth referrals.

But we are tired. 🥱 Our hours will be limited the rest of the week while we catch up on sleep and time with family.
We’ll be back to our regular hours next week.

Big thanks to our clients and office staff for a very busy but very successful tax season. Your word of mouth recommendations to friends is the biggest contributing factor to our success. 🫶🏼❤️🤗

The 2024 Tax Deadline is officially in the books! Bonnie and Macie will be around the office Wednesday & Thursday, but Ben plans to get some much deserved sleep the rest of the week.

We haven’t yet made it Facebook official that we have added Ms Macie Hurley to our staff this tax season. She joined us back in January to learn under Ms Bonnie and pitch in with the administrative duties to keep this well oiled machine running….. Macie has been a huge help to the office and we’re so happy she joined us. Thank you Macie! And welcome (belated) to the team!

Just 6 days until deadline! These ladies have been working hard to keep the office running smooth while tax man slaves away in the back office, so we got them a little treat from our friends at Sifted Star Cookie & Cakery. Delicious cookies that are decorated artistically with tax season flair. Thank you Shelby for creating these beauties for our office. They are a HUGE hit!
