So, what is a Revolving Loan Fund?

A Revolving Loan Fund provides loan capital for small businesses. When the loan is repaid, the fund revolves to support more businesses. About 400 organizations nationwide have received EDA awards to fund their Revolving Loan Fund and provide flexible loans to small businesses.
