15 years ago Karen Carew and Robin Wells put their plan into action and became Carew & Wells, PLLC. We have weathered tax law changes, FASB updates, employment environment changes, the purchase of our own building and the most stressful of all -teenage kids together.

Carew & Wells is taking steps to protect our higher risk and more vulnerable clients…We are limiting in-person meetings.
• We have set aside several hours each day for phone appointments.
• We are encouraging mail, fax and portal use for exchanging information.
• If you are dropping off materials, please place them in an envelope and drop in the lock box outside. The box is located along the wall about ½ way up the ramp.
• In between client visits, we are wiping down the pens, reception desk and the door handles.
• Given the changes, please be patient if you receive our voicemail. We are checking for messages throughout the day and will get back to you.

We feel that we all have the responsibility to help keep our community healthy and hope you understand.

The position is part time Monday through Thursday 9-2 outside of tax season and Monday through Friday 8-4 from January 15th through April 15th. As a paperless office in the cloud being comfortable with all types of technology is a must. Microsoft Office skills required.
