To all new and returning clients:

To ensure your tax return is prepared accurately and on time, please gather the following information before your appointment or submission. Having these documents ready helps avoid delays and reduces the need for follow-up.

• Photo ID for all taxpayers
• Social Security numbers or ITINs for everyone on the return
• Birth Certificates for all dependents
• Lease, Mortgage statement, or utility bill; such as lights, water, sewer, or cable
• Prior-year tax return (if available)
• W-2s and 1099s (all income sources)
• Records of self-employment income and expenses (if applicable)
• Bank account and routing numbers for direct deposit
• Documentation for deductions or credits (childcare, education, charitable contributions, etc.)
