We are a Certified Accounting firm that provides Accounting, Audit, Consulting, and Tax services to businesses and individuals. We were founded in May 2009, by a highly credentialed Certified Public Accountant, Spiceda Davis Jackson who built eXFinancial CPA firm and our Tax and Accounting brand, TaxPLUS365.

Her career experience includes working for Big 4 accounting firms, KPMG and Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Audit and Business Advisory Services, specializing in assisting businesses with buying or selling decisions. She noticed a gap in services provided to the small business owner GROWING rapidly, building wealth with no accounting or tax compliance infrastructure; and therefore formed a brand to provide Advisory services to the small business owner. She later found that not only was there a small number of professionals with her level of experience working with small business owners, but there was a need to provide a certain level on knowledge to the working professional looking to build wealth and not only make money.

Our brands are focused on providing tax and advisory services to the working professional and decision maker and Small Business with Accounting, Assurance based Financial Statements, Tax preparation and resolution, and value-added advice to make the best decisions at each stage of their business.

Spiceda has been there, working in Corporate America but not putting her own dollars to work. Or Building the numbers to pay the bills in her business, but not building her brand.
