Sewanee: Volunteer Income Tax Assistance - VITA The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program (VITA) provides free tax preparation to qualifying taxpayers who make less than $54,000 per year.

The Sewanee chapter of VITA is run by University of the South students and local volunteers. We are available to prepare your tax returns on Sundays from noon until 5pm. Please see the photos for our full schedule.
