hello, everyone! I am considering renting out half of my office space to someone who may need some office room! I figured I would get the word out and if you are interested please message me for more details! 😊

For this given moment you would have all of the time in the world to yourself in this cozy cabin. I am still doing some studying for a few months! I currently just pop in and out for some notary signings.

Comes with desk, printer, mini fridge, phone, filing cabinet, of course heat and AC controlled, and some other office items.

Hey, guys! I just left the courthouse yesterday…WHICH MEANS… Pine Tax Preparer Services & Notary LLC is ready to go on the Notary Side of things! I am all cleared and ready to officially start notarizing your documents (acknowledgements, oaths, affirmations, witnessing or attesting your signature on basic docs, certifying or attesting copy or deposition, and noting protest of a negotiable instruments)!!!🥳🫶🏻

Fees charged for the following notary services are below:

•Acknowledgment – $5 (first signature); $2.00 (each additional signature)
•Administering an oath or affirmation – $5.00
•Verification upon oath or affirmation – $5.00, no matter how many signatures
•Witnessing or attesting a signature - $5.00 (per signature)
•Certifying or attesting copy or deposition – $5.00/copy
•Noting protest of a negotiable instrument – $3.00/page

Hi there, followers!

Let’s get this page running and let me start off by introducing myself!🤓

My name is Whitney Strong, I graduated from Penn Highlands Community College where I received an associate’s degree in Liberal Art’s and Sciences. I had ideas of transferring to a university BUT, I kept on second guessing myself…without wanting to get myself into much debt, especially not knowing if I’d use my degree…I took a break from college until I made up my mind. I spent lots of my time working in hospitals and nursing homes where I grew such a heart towards helping people. While I loved working in those places, they weren’t financially reaching my goals. So, I jumped into the delivery world, USPS…when I realized I didn’t get benefits and was only part time for up to 2 years minimum, I realized I was in the same boat with wanting to make better money while I was capable! I jumped ship and I now work at FedEx as a delivery driver. While FedEx is my best paying job, I know it was not my forever because of the heavy lifting. So, I brainstormed, I KNOW, AGAIN, LOL! (These jobs have started since I was 17 so cut me some slack) I put two and two together and realized I love helping people and I love my own space. I am good with numbers and found myself gaining interest in the tax world. I enrolled in a course through H & R block and started to learn taxes. I finished my course, gained my certificates, passed my tests and thought to myself, I am going to start a little tax team!🤓 I talked to my family…they cheered me on and gave the idea that I should do Notary work on my off season from taxes! After then jumping into a Notary Course as well…here we are, passed and ready to go, VERY SOON!🫶🏻

•My boyfriend, Christian.💓
•Pigs🐖, I was in 4-H for 9 years and held many officer positions. I showed pigs at the Indiana County Fair since I was just a little girl. 🎡
•My cat, Zolan.🐱
•My new cabin for my business!🤩
•My friends and family. 💓
•Helping people, I cannot wait to help you guys with Notary and Tax work!🤩
