An extension will give you an additional 6 months until October 16th. Whether you need a few extra days, or the entire 6 months this might be helpful for you.

The state of New Jersey has begun sending out applications for their new 'ANCHOR' program, which replaces the Homestead Benefit program.

Homeowners with income under $250k can qualify for either a $1000 or $1500 benefit payment to be sent in May of 2023.

Renters with income under $150k can qualify for a $450 benefit payment to be sent in May of 2023.
