All down my timeline are jokes of clients and Tax Preparers getting that refund today! Them deposits hit EARLY TOO!!! Be responsible! I can't help but to put on my 🤓Financial Literacy hat and give a few suggestions (especially if your refund is over $5k):
👉🏾Put $3k in a savings account. This is your emergency fund and should not be touched unless you have an emergency. Challenge yourself to save it as long as you can throughout the year.
👉🏾Invest at least 10%
👉🏾Invest into an asset like an online business, affiliate opportunity even property, that can grow your money. (Your refund shouldn't be your biggest check of the year!)
👉🏾Credit Repair. Don't forget credit repair, whether DIY or Done For You, if you're trying to buy a home, upgrade your car or build business credit.
👉🏾If you're living paycheck to paycheck, what sense does it make to ball out? Pay off a few bills.
❤️Some of you make the same mistakes with this money every year and in a few weeks you'll wonder where it all went. Invest in YOU first. ❤️
I'm still accepting new clients. (I'm very selective & I don't LIE for nobody! 😉)
