✨Meet the CBBS Team✨

Luci started the company from her converted bathroom closet in 2003 and is now partially "retired" but is having so much fun she's still around helping. She is the one to thank for the culture we have today that runs on honesty, effectiveness and a small-town business feel. She loves to travel and finds joy in the little things. And maybe someday she’ll decide to fulfill that lifelong dream of skydiving!

Nicole, the new owner and driving force behind CBBS, came back to the bookkeeping field in 2021 working part time at a local church. She worked for CBBS on and off over the years as well as other businesses and has years of administrative and bookkeeping experience. She’s a wife and mother to 4 children (ages 17, 14, 11 and 9). She loves the sunshine and walks on warm summer nights. You’ll also find her serving at her church on the worship or baptism teams. (Or in the back yard talking to the chickens.)

Allie has been with the company since 2023 and is a valuable asset to our team. You may recognize her from Shur Fine where she worked previously. She is the friendly face that will greet you at the door and typically answers the phone. She enjoys hiking and any outdoor activity. And of course, raising her son, Myles.

Ellen joined CBBS in January of 2026. She has been an excellent addition and we are so grateful to have her on the team. She has experience in various areas with a degree in accounting, working for the postal service, WIC and even some homeschooling. Her favorite indoor hobby is crocheting. She enjoys gardening in the summer and skiing in the winter.

First two days in our new space and we’re loving it.

It’s been smooth and business has continued as usual which is a huge blessing in this profession.

Thank you to everyone for their encouragement and kind words. Mom has one more day left as boss and then we celebrate a new season for her! Sweet “retirement”🥰
