Hoy fuimos más de 50 en nuestro Lunes de Responsabilidad, y finalmente ya estoy bastante recuperado de mi último encuentro con el COVID.
Que manera de comenzar la semana, los lunes normalmente compartimos las actividades y resultados que realizamos durante el fin de semana y como hacernos cargo de llevar al siguiente nivel nuestros emprendimientos.Pero hoy fue un poco diferente, tuve el privilegio de escuchar a mi compañero de Florida, Mike D. Deronvil, una breve pero muy muy cercana parte de su historia de vida, las verdaderas razones por las que decidió unirse a la campaña de educación financiera de WSB, los desafíos que ha vivido, su ganas de crecer, de cómo se hartó de entregar su vida a trabajar para otras personas y los ciclos que como inmigrante se ha prometido romper.
Mike es la verdadera definición ambición, no busca necesariamente más bienes materiales, ni lograr sus metas simplemente para decir que ha hecho más que los demás. Su ambición lo mueve simplemente a SER mejor que él mismo.

Today we were more than 50 in our Accountability Monday, and finally, I am quite recovered from my last encounter with COVID.
What a way to start the week! On Mondays, we usually share the activities and results we accomplished over the weekend and discuss how to take our ventures to the next level. However, today was a bit different I had the privilege of listening to my colleague from Florida, Mike D. Deronvil. He shared a brief but very very intimate part of his life story, his real reasons why he decided to join the WSB financial education campaign, the challenges he has faced, his desire to grow, how he got tired of dedicating his life to working for others, and the cycles he, as an immigrant, has promised to break.
Mike is the true definition of ambition; he doesn't necessarily seek more material possessions or aim to achieve his goals just to claim that he has done more than others. His ambition simply drives him to BE better than himself.
