As I work on my new office space in China,ME, which will allow us to take on new clients, I have been thinking about some of the benefits of having us do your books.

Are you frustrated with the lack of communication between yourself and your bookkeeper? Are they difficult to reach?! Well we may be the right fit for you! We strive to return messages within 24 hours but we are usually responsive right away. And SOON we will have a wonderful office space in China, ME where you can set up an appointment to meet with us.

Do you have difficulty understanding the reports your bookkeeper provides? Educating our clients on how to read the reports we provide monthly is very important to us. We like our clients to understand where their money is going.

What do you look for in the company who handles your money?! We would love to hear from you and see how we can make this a painless process for all owners!!

✨CHINA, ME ✨

What better spot to make our new home than next to Nash’s Gym in China, ME

I go to the planning board on 5/27 to get their approval to make this the new location for Littlefield Accounting!! It doesn’t look like much now but the subcontractors have been called to help me make this a much nicer - new home for the offices!

I’ll post progress photos (and official approval) along the way. What this means is we will be in a position to take on new clients again soon!!

Tax time is right around the corner! If you are sick of getting your items together last minute and finally want to make the move to hire a 100% remote bookkeeper - reach out! We work with mid to large businesses all across Maine (you don’t have to live in Maine to hire us) but I’m always happy to talk to anyone . We do NOT do taxes (so sorry) but we get all of your tax documents together and work directly with your tax accountant to help the process feel painless 😊
