Happy 2025 friends! It's January and that means it's time to wrap up 2024 year end and get those taxes done! Business owners and friends with rental properties, businesses and farms. Keep reading.
Due at the end of January for many of you:
1099-NECs for payments you made to non-employees $600 or more during 2024. This is for legal & professional services, repairs/maintenance, tech assistance, etc. Any labor. Paid to non-corporate entities or individuals (this may be an LLC; LLC does not necessarily mean the entity is a corporation).
1099-MISCs for rent paid $600 or more during 2024 to non-corporate entities or individuals.
Missouri sales tax. For annual, quarterly or monthly filers.
