Happy Memorial Day, family.
I want to say something real today. Not polished. Just honest.
I ran this morning, like I do most mornings. But today felt heavier. Quieter. I passed the same streets I always do and I thought: somebody died for this. This road. This city. This country that, for all its mess and complexity, still gives people a genuine shot at building something.
I do not take that for granted.
575ASM exists because of freedom. Because I was born in a country where a person with a finance degree and a work ethic and a relentless belief in his clients can build a firm and call himself Managing Partner. That is not just opportunity. That is a miracle that was purchased with lives.
Capitalism, entrepreneurship, ownership, the ability to pass something real to your kids. These are not just economic concepts. They are the reason soldiers shipped out and did not come back.
Jesus reminds me constantly: everything I have is a gift. Including the freedom to use it.
So today I pause. I honor. I am grateful beyond words.
To the fallen, and to the families who still carry that weight every single day.
Thank you. This country is worth building in. Your sacrifice made sure of that.
God bless our soldiers. God bless their families.
Now let's go build something worthy of them.
