March 16, 2026 – File 2025 calendar-year partnership (Form 1065) and S corporation (Form 1120-S) returns; file Form 2553 to elect S corporation status; request extensions via Form 7004.

April 15, 2026 – File 2025 C corporation returns (Form 1120), pay taxes, deposit estimated taxes, and file Forms 990-T or 1120-POL if applicable.

September 15, 2026 – Extended filing deadline for S corporations and partnerships that requested an extension.

October 15, 2026 – Extended filing deadline for individual returns and C corporations with extensions
