HAVING A HARD TIME CONTACTING THE STATE OF MICHIGAN? You can request a Call Back online if you create an online account.
Once logged in to MITreasury eServices – Citizen, click on "More" then "View and Send Messages," then "Send a Message." When prompted to pick a message type, please select "Request a Callback" and include your full name, a call back number, and the primary focus of the call (return/refund status, ID verification, responding to a letter, etc.) in the body of the message. A Treasury customer contact agent will call you within 3 business days, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Click below to create a Citizen account, so you can communicate with them directly. Their phone lines are too full since their update to get through. We recommend you use this service. Click below

You can create an IRS Online Account to view, print or download your letter. You can also use the Get Transcript by Mail option online -- call the automated transcript service or fill out and send in Form 4506-T.
