Understand That the ‘House Passed Bill to Fund Small Business Grant Program for $55 Billion’ Does NOT Mean That There Will Be Renewed Direct PPP or EIDL Payments! 3 Things Can Happen Here… Pay Attention~

• The Bill Can Be Altered/Changed, Decreased, or Completely Scrapped by The Senate.

• The Funds can (& likely will be) what is called ‘Earmarked’ for Specific Industries ONLY, like restaurants, food trucks, wineries, breweries and bakeries. Not to mention, the previous American Rescue Plan Program sent majority of funding DIRECTLY to State Small Business Credit Initiatives (SSBCI) for states to disperse! This gives states complete oversight…

• This bill, H.R.3807 - is the Restaurant Revitalization Fund Replenishment Act of 2021. Know that there is an extremely Large Queue for those who applied last year. There will be a ‘1st Applied, 1st Served’ rotation here… New applications, & Smaller Businesses have a lesser chance of approval.

👉🏽This matters👉🏽 “The remaining $13 billion would go to small businesses to include gyms, event venues, theaters, transportation contractors (SBA Certified) and sports teams. A portion of the $13 billion would be set aside for grant program oversight.” (Meaning, the mistakes they made with giving away the 1st PPP’s won’t happen again!)

(Plus It’s a direct sign that funds will be earmarked for larger entities… how many of you own these type of entities?? and They WILL Be Monitoring funds~ those who plan to create fraudulent & falsified documentation… DON’T!) and PLEASE, for Christ’s sake, be Leary of folks charging you to help you with applications or denials 🤦🏾‍♀️ Ask yourself what are they exaggerating or falsifying on your behalf…

In Conclusion, so many people don’t truly understand how Federal Grants work, and that grants of this size get dispersed by hierarchy- labeling this ‘small business’ doesn’t mean it’s for everyone~ there’s extreme auditing that happens with these funds, if you have no revenue, no employees, no payroll, no audited records, etc., you have a higher chance of getting a Grant from Walmart 💯.and the small businesses they’re referring to Is not those who just launched a shopify, just got an EIN & registered an LLC because the bandwagon rode by… 🤷🏾‍♀️- don’t shoot the messenger.
