Sponsor: This giveaway is sponsored by 1863 Realty, Nikki Davis, Broker, 2005 Webster Road, Summersville, WV 26651, in partnership with Mazelon Chambers Neff Group Financial Advisors with Baird ("Co-Sponsor").
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of West Virginia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of 1863 Realty and Mazelon Chambers Neff Group, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to win.
Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted beginning September 5th and ending September 11th 2026. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be counted.
How to Enter: During the Entry Period, entrants must (a) like the official giveaway post, (b) comment on the post as instructed, and (c) follow the 1863 Realty page and The Mazelon Chambers Neff Group. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a WVU-themed tailgate package consisting of: one YETI backpack cooler, one Mountaineer can koozie, one misting fan, and one GoMart gift card for tailgate supplies (provided by Mazelon Chambers Neff Group). Approximate retail value: $500. No cash alternative or substitution will be offered.
Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Entry Period closes. The winner will be announced on the 1863 Realty page and notified via Facebook comment or direct message. The winner must respond within 3 days of notification to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.
