This service is available for returning clients only. If there are gap years in service, then we won’t be able to process an extension at this time. You are more than welcome to come and pick one up to mail yourself.

Extensions must be requested by you and are not automatic. Once you’ve submitted your request, we recommend checking in a few days later to confirm your extension was successfully filed and accepted.

Wishing everyone health and happiness as we wrap up yet another year.

First and foremost, thank you—each and every one of you—for being part of our weird little tax practice. We’re coming up on our 30th anniversary, and we truly couldn’t have done it without you. We feel incredibly lucky (most of the time 😉) that you’ve trusted us to take care of your tax needs all these years.

BOI Filing Update!

Hey everyone!

Just a quick reminder that the Beneficial Ownership Information reporting requirements are back in effect with a new deadline of March 21, 2025 for most companies. It's really important to take action before this date to stay in compliance.

If your business was organized through any US Secretary of State (like LLCs, S-corps, C-corps, etc.), you’ll need to file. Sole proprietors are not required to file, though.

While FinCEN may adjust deadlines, please plan to meet the March 21st date for now.

The good news is, FinCEN doesn’t charge any fees for filing, and you only need to file once—just remember to update your information (like your name or address) if anything changes down the road.
