⭐ **Semana Nacional de Pequeñas Empresas**

**Es la Semana Nacional de la Pequeña Empresa**,
A todos mis clientes: gracias por su confianza continua en mis servicios y por permitirme acompañarlos en el camino de sus negocios.

Según la SBA, una **pequeña empresa en los Estados Unidos** es aquella con **menos de 500 empleados**, y para fines del IRS, muchos umbrales de nómina utilizan el criterio de **menos de 50 empleados equivalentes a tiempo completo**.
Bajo esos estándares, casi todos nosotros pertenecemos a la categoría de “pequeña empresa”, y me siento orgullosa de ello!

Al entrar en mi **tercer año como trabajadora por cuenta propia**, me siento bendecida y honrada de seguir creciendo. Andrade Accounting ha llegado oficialmente a su capacidad, y eso es únicamente gracias a *ustedes*. Mantengo intencionalmente una cartera de clientes lo suficientemente pequeña para poder atenderlos de cerca y mantener una contabilidad detallada y precisa para cada uno.

**Creo firmemente que lo pequeño puede llegar muy lejos.**
Algunos negocios desean crecer hasta tener muchos empleados — y eso es maravilloso para ellos. Mi llamado siempre ha sido diferente: mantenerme involucrada, cercana y profundamente comprometida con la salud financiera de los clientes que sirvo.

A cada uno de ustedes: estoy muy orgullosa de ustedes!
Han enfrentado cambios, desafíos e incertidumbre. Han aprendido, se han adaptado y han seguido adelante. Esa resiliencia es la columna vertebral de este país.

**It’s National Small Business Week**,
To all my clients — thank you for your continued trust in my services and for allowing me to walk alongside your business journey.

According to the SBA, a **small business in the U.S.** is any business with **fewer than 500 employees**, and for IRS purposes, many payroll thresholds use **fewer than 50 full‑time equivalent employees**.
By those standards, almost all of us fall into the “small business” category — and I’m proud of it.

As I enter my **third year self‑employed**, I feel blessed and honored to continue growing. Andrade Accounting has officially reached capacity, and that is only because of *you*. I intentionally keep a book of clients small enough to care for closely, so I can maintain detailed, accurate accounting for each and every one of you.

**I believe small can go a long way.**
Some businesses dream of scaling into large teams — and that’s wonderful for them. My calling has always been different: to stay hands‑on, personal, and deeply involved in the financial health of the clients I serve.

To each of you: I am proud of you!

Cuando no soy Contadora… ¡soy motociclista! – Entre otras cosas!

Hoy les comparto un poquito de mi lado personal.

Amo mi carrera y disfruto muchísimo ayudarles con sus finanzas, pero un día completo de trabajo también cansa la mente.
Un paseo en mi motocicleta me despeja, me recarga el ánimo y me ayuda a cuidar mi salud mental.

Este fue uno de mis logros que más me enorgullece. Nunca pensé lograr algo así.
Es la prueba viviente de que cuando uno se propone algo, se disciplina, se enfoca y se mantiene constante… ¡los límites desaparecen!

Y esto no solo aplica a la vida personal — también aplica a los negocios.
El éxito no llega por suerte: llega por visión, constancia y valentía para seguir avanzando incluso cuando el camino se pone difícil.

Así que ustedes también: no se rindan, no se detengan, no se conformen.
Sus metas financieras, sus proyectos, sus sueños… todos son alcanzables cuando se trabaja con propósito.
