Yesterday we received a no water call that had to be pulled in Primm Springs. So we loaded up and headed out, trying to beat the storm that was rolling in. Midway through setting it, the storm rolled in with lightning everywhere. We were soaked but the customer was happy they got water. This hail happened not 2 minutes down the road from the job!

It’s a crazy time to be setting well pumps in these storms with a 38’ metal hoist in the air. Some call us crazy, but this is just our normal.

PSA!!

With the freezing temperatures coming in here are a few suggestions to keep your water flowing.

1. Check for any leaks BEFORE the freezing temperatures hit.
2. Make sure your well house/crawl space is insulated properly.
3. Insulate any exposed pipes.
4. Install a well house heater/heat lamps. If you do not have electrical outlets in your well house, hay is also a great alternative.

If you need a heater, we have them in stock, as well as ACE, TSC, and Marvin's. If you have a leak that needs fixing, please call us beforehand!

We will be open for emergency calls ONLY this weekend if you have an emergency please do not hesitate to call.

Here is a before and after picture of a pressure switch we replaced the other day. It was wired incorrectly by a well known plumbing/electrical company in the area, who is not licensed to work on wells. Luckily, the issue was caught before it caused any further damage to their well system.

YES! It does require a special license to work on well pumps, pressure tanks, and water treatment, PLEASE call a licensed company to work on your well system, to ensure your problems are fixed correctly.

Here is a well that we “Bailed” the other day. Bailing a well checks the depth, water quality and gpm (Gallons per minute) to make sure it has a good production.

Another new well in Lewisburg!

What a great drill we had today. We hit water at 275ft. Quick and easy. Now all we have to do is install the pumping system to bring water to the house.
