* Help generate mortgage leads through networking, social media, events, and creative outreach
* Set appointments and help turn conversations into real business opportunities
* Follow up with leads and referral partners
* Help come up with new and creative ways to generate business
* Keep track of contacts, conversations, and opportunities
* Represent our mortgage business professionally while having fun doing it

You don’t necessarily need years of mortgage experience. **Personality, hustle, communication skills, and the desire to win are more important.**
