This morning I woke up to messages from clients ready to file and fellow tax preparers that need my assistance. I’m currently training 2 new team members, my team had our weekly progress meeting on last night! I’m delegating to Angel & Anjel and reading/listening to books to become better in my personal life and as a business woman! Working with a tax preparer that the Gen Zs call the 🐐, being a present mother, helping another mother while she’s working extra hours, continuously asking ppl to go to church with me or join live with me!
Waking up at the wee hours of the night praying like I used to hear my momma and grandma pray, serving my mentees, seeking knowledge and being wise about my next moves, being a loyal friend all while loving on myself, staying healthy, sane and ensuring that I have peace!!!
Last year was a success but this year I changed my mindset on how to handle things & people differently! MANagement is necessary to live a healthy life and to run a successful business!!!
