🚨 GIVE TAX PARTNERS THEIR CREDIT WHEN CREDIT IS DUE! 💯👏🏽
Let me brag on my TAX TEAM for a minute because everybody is always quick to talk about the BAD in this industry, but we don’t give enough recognition to the GOOD! ❤️
Over the years, I’ve received calls from my Tax Partners’ clients who, for whatever reason, were unable to reach them and decided to contact our Corporate Office.
The calls could be for various reasons:
✅ Requesting a copy of their tax return.
✅ Following up on the transmission status of their return.
✅ Advising us that they received their IRS refund by mail and noticed their tax preparation fees weren’t deducted.
And let me make ONE THING CLEAR! If a client of my Tax Team needs assistance, I’m going to assist them! PERIOD! 💯
Now, during the process of assisting these clients, I ask questions. ESPECIALLY when it involves MONEY! Not because I’m looking for something wrong, but because as a business owner, it’s my responsibility to make sure everything is being handled properly, professionally, and ethically.

I don’t just celebrate my Tax Partners when they’re producing numbers and generating revenue. I celebrate them for having CHARACTER! Because you can teach someone how to prepare taxes, but you cannot teach everybody how to have INTEGRITY!
