Today I had the opportunity to attend the great Dealmakers by Zonda focused on builder data, market trends, and the future outlook of Real Estate in Raleigh & Wake County. Listen to the amazing Nicollette Chapman and her passion to empower builders with great insights on how to approach Mortgage Data as a Public and Private builder in Raleigh!
One thing became very clear to me:
There is a massive opportunity ahead for builders developing medium- to large-scale housing communities — especially as the NEXT TWO generations begin influencing the direction of the housing market and the decisions shaping this industry.
They are the future.
We must prepare for them, but just as importantly, we must prepare THEM for what’s ahead.
From my perspective, our role is clear:

The future of housing is bigger than development alone.
It’s about education.
It’s about preparation.
And it’s about legacy.
