With extensive experience in public accounting and private industry, Watson CPA provides tax planning and compliance to C and S Corporations, limited liability companies, not-for-profit organizations, estates, trusts, and individuals. We specialize in working with small and emerging businesses, especially real estate developers, the construction industry, and the hospitality industry. Ryan Watson

has worked on accounting system and financial statement design and implementation, along with business strategy and process improvements. He also has consulted on entity structure and tax planning, tax compliance, litigation support, and project financing, in addition to producing and properly utilizing financial and project based budgeting. Ryan has a broad base of knowledge and experience in cash flow management and cost accounting in his time as a controller in a privately held business. After completing his service in the Army, Ryan went on to earn his bachelor's degree from Indiana University in accounting in 1999. He currently resides in a northern suburb of Indianapolis with his wife and children.
