Oftentimes there are no signs of lead poisoning but even low-level lead exposure can lead to learning and behavioral problems, like trouble paying attention. A blood test is the only way to determine if your child has lead poisoning. Talk to your pediatrician about a lead test when getting your child's immunizations.
