One of the things we enjoy sharing is what makes our team who they are, beyond their professional roles.

Jennifer Koshenko, Operations Manager for The Preferred Legacy National Trust Bank, has a favorite food that always sparks conversation: Liver and Onions.
It started in childhood when her mom would serve it and call it “steak.” She and her brother loved it so much that when asked what they wanted for dinner one night, they requested “that steak.” That’s when the secret came out; it wasn’t steak at all, but liver. By then, it didn’t matter. The tradition stuck.

To this day, liver and onions remains her favorite meal, and it’s still her birthday dinner every year. Proof that some tastes (and memories) only get better with time.
