Two months ago, financial advisor Adam Hubert and his wife, Sarah, welcomed Sophie Jane to the world. Sophie has already attended multiple Baird events, so she wanted to get decked out in her ‘Baird Wear’ to represent for her Dad!

After 22 incredible years, our Senior Advisor Ray Tyson has officially retired.

Ray’s love for his clients has been the heartbeat of his career. He was always willing to go the extra mile to guide them with wisdom, care, and a few jokes along the way! His hard work and dedication have been the cornerstone of our team, and we will miss seeing him every day in the office.

Last Thursday, we celebrated Ray’s career with his family and members from our Southpointe office. Ray and his wife, Catherine, plan on hitting the road out west with stops in Minnesota, Montana, and Wyoming!

Last week team member Adam Hubert had the opportunity to visit MFS Investment Management in Boston for an onsite visit. MFS is a fund family we frequently utilize in our client portfolios, and it was great to have one of our advisors connect with their team in person.

These visits are a key part of the due diligence and research our group puts in to ensure we’re making informed decisions for our clients. It is always reassuring to see how dedicated the portfolio managers are behind the fund families we trust. Adam said Boston isn’t too bad either!

We are thankful Caleb Hutchins and Ron Johnson, two members of our Private Wealth Management department based in Milwaukee, were able to stop by our South Hills office and help our team map out the year ahead.

There are so many great resources behind the scenes at Baird that contribute to the client experience. The Montgomery Grunwald Tyson Group is thankful we have people like Caleb and Ron eager to work with us to build for the future and deliever more value to our clients. We are ready for 2025!

It’s always great to reflect and celebrate our accomplishments over the past year, but we know we are far from finished! We can’t wait to continue working together to help our client’s achieve their financial goals in 2025 and beyond.

This Sunday Ben Montgomery and his family volunteered at The UNcathlon, an event to benefit and bring awareness to Special Olympics Pennsylvania. They got to spend their day with inspiring athletes, and helped to raise over $75,000 for the organization. Way to go Montgomery Family!
