We're proud to work with Palmetto State Watch to expose the huge tax scam that your state legislators just passed into law during tax season.

Here are some of the ways that Columbia will be making your life more expensive this year:

-no reduction on fuel taxes (even Canada is doing this, it can't be that hard!)
-state tax still applies on tips
-23% of South Carolinians will see a rise in their taxes this year while the wealthiest will see a tax break
-tax credits for empty data center buildings

But the legislators also found the room to give themselves a pay raise!

South Carolina legislators signed a blue-collar income tax hike, killed gas tax relief, blocked property tax breaks for anyone under 65, and nearly doubled their own pay...all while sitting on a $2.7 billion surplus.
